Delete your Monokoily account

You can delete your Monokoily account and the data linked to it at any time. It takes a minute in the app. If you no longer have the app, send us a request.

Fastest In the app

1. Open Monokoily and sign in.
2. Tap Ms Koi's face at the top left to open your profile.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
4. Check what will be erased, type your username to confirm, then sign in with Google or Apple once more.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Fill in our short request form with the email address of the Google or Apple account you sign in with.

We email that address to confirm, then delete the account within 7 days of your reply.

Can't use the form? Email support@monokoily.co from that address, with the subject Delete my Monokoily account and your username.

What we delete

• Your account and sign-in.
• Your profile, username and codes. Your username becomes free for other players.
• Your game progress: your koi, buildings, jobs, food, mini-game scores and leaderboard places.
• Your CM and MKOI balances, your Premium Pass and your eTickets. These can't be restored.
• Your sign-in history (times, IP addresses, countries and devices) and your gameplay statistics.

What we keep, and why

• Other players' lists. If you used another player's agency or creator code, their list keeps your entry as "Deleted User", without your name, username, email or photo.
• Fraud prevention, with no time limit. Scrambled (hashed) identifiers of your phone, of your Google or Apple sign-in and, on iPhone, of your Apple ID's App Store record. With them we keep the phone's model and system version, when and in which country it was first and last seen, and the last IP address it used. They stop the same phone or account from claiming new-player and creator rewards twice. They don't include your name, email or username.
• Purchases on our website. Orders for eTickets and the Premium Pass are kept for accounting and tax.
• Server logs. Logs that can include your account ID are deleted automatically after 30 days.
• Creator program. If you joined it, email us to delete your creator profile as well. Records of rewards paid to you are kept for accounting.
